Upload a video that is a WEBM file. You can use "cloudconvert,com" which is a free video converter that can complete the process in about 1 minute for smaller videos. Max file size is 25MB and after you convert the file to a WEBM, the actual file size will be lower. All videos should be under 20 seconds to be under 25MB. "Fair Use" videos are acceptable for the following: "Fair Use" is a U.S. legal doctrine allowing limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, or research. IMPORTANT: If you use your phones own camera the MAX video length will be ONLY 20 seconds long. Most Web Browsers will play a Webm video file with No issues, However, for Safari, this browser usually only supports them on recent macOS/iOS versions (14.1+). Essentially, most major browsers support it, with Apple's browsers historically needing more help. VERY IMPORTANT: All videos should NOT be pornographic, sexually obscene, sexually exploitative of children, or otherwise sexually explicit and this goes for any of our categories.
