I am so tired of fake contractors
I have been reading so many horror stories on fake contractors asking for a lot up front, usually 50% down and then do very little work and pocket all the money. Homeowners also need to stop giving so much up front. It does take 2 to tango.

Contractors that just take people’s money really aren’t contractors they are just thieves. Doing a lot of research and not paying upfront or paying very little can help prevent this from happening. I want to see quality work done before giving someone another dime!
I agree but there is a certain type of population that they target. It doesn’t take many suckers to make these scammers successful.
ya they suck but so many other scammers are also everywhere too. It’s the world we live in and it’s best to be cautious when spending money or giving a person money.
